NOWO VAC STANDARD weighing and vacuum unit
NOWO VAC STANDARD weighing and vacuum unit is an effective pillow filling machine. It is versatile for many different kinds of objects, like filling of small decorative pillows or furniture cushions.
Filling materials can be either staple fibres, ball fibers or foam plastic granulates – they are blown or sucked into the system through a silo or a condenser. The effective and accurate weighing system takes care of an even production level. Weighing accuracy 15 gr, maximum individual filling 1500 gr.
Two filling boxes of 1000 x 1200 mm, special sizes available on demand. The functions of the machine are controlled by a touch-screen. It is also possible to combine VAC with BLOW in a single machine, please contact Nowo sales for further details.
